Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• With all tags attached

• In original packaging

To preserve the integrity of each piece, we cannot accept returns that show any signs of wear or use, including but not limited to:

• Makeup marks

• Deodorant marks

• Fake tan or fragrance

• Any form of staining or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
After this period, pre-orders are considered final, as each piece is produced following confirmed orders.

Once a pre-order has been delivered, the standard 14-day return policy applies, subject to the conditions above.
